TRI.BE is back with their first comeback of 2022 and casts a spell on the audience with their 3rd single album “LEVIOSA”.
Revolving around the popular high-teen concept, TRI.BE adds their very own spice to the theme by throwing in a more mischievous tone. Everything about “LEVIOSA”, from the music, lyrics to the performance, fashion and choreography, immediately absorbs the audience in to make them feel as if they were under a magic spell. The lovely yet powerful teen spirit TRI.BE beholds in this release serves as a perfect kick-off to their 2022 activities.
The title track “KISS” is a bit different from the previous TRI.BE releases, where the genre revolved around moombahton, afro and house mixed into a rather fast paced tempo. “KISS” is dancehall genre track that spotlights a heavily powerful drop, followed up by a catchy hook that lures the listeners into a magical KPOP experience. The message behind the track is “Don’t be jealous of the confidence that others hold; make your own magical moment and shine!” Along with S.Tiger and ELLY as the producers, THE HUB team, Frankie Day, Charlotte Wilson – who have previously produced for ITZY, NMIXX, ENHYPHEN, VERIVERY, Weeekly and etc. - have also participated in the making of “KISS”.
The progressive house genre b-side “In The Air (777)” yet again proves that the saying “TRI.BE’s b-sides never disappoint” is correct. Representing the 7 members of TRI.BE, the track is the epitome of what it would feel like to nail a lucky triple 7 (777) and conveys the positive message of “Let’s fly higher.”
